How it Works: Our detailed Sleep Survey is your chance to tell us about your sleep situation.  We’ll help you find out what’s working and what’s not in terms of your sleep routine and practices.  More likely than not, we’ll even be able to help you identify a bad sleep practice or two you didn’t even know you had.   

Go In Depth or Get Straight to the Book: For the most personalized and useful information, we highly recommend you complete our Multi-Day Sleep Survey.  Here’s how it works.  You begin the survey, and then sleep like you normally would for the next several nights.  Each morning, we’ll ask you a few questions about your previous night’s sleep.  Then we’ll aggregate your data to provide a richer picture of your sleep patterns.  Anxious to get your survey results right away?  We give you option to take a one-day only survey.

Your Personal SleepBook

Once you complete the Sleep Survey, we’ll produce your own, customized SleepBook, outlining how you’re sleeping now – and how you can sleep better in the future.  Your SleepBook comes with tons of tips and advice – tailored specifically to you—for getting a better night’s sleep.
