- How do I Get a Sleep Book?
Here's how it works. First, you complete our Sleep Survey by answering a variety of questions about your sleep situation. Then, we'll produce your own, customized Sleep Book, outlining how you're sleeping now and how you can sleep better in the future. You'll be able to download your Sleep Book almost immediately after you complete the survey.
- How Long Will It Take to Complete the Sleep Survey?
The initial Sleep Survey takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes. The followup questions for your Multi-Day survey should only take 2-3 minutes each day.
- What is the Multi-Day Sleep Survey?
The Multi-Day Sleep Survey is the best way to get the most personalized and useful information from SleepBook. We highly recommend you use it. Here’s how it works: You begin the survey, and then sleep like you normally would for the next several nights. Each morning, we’ll ask you a few specific questions about your previous night of sleep. Then, we’ll compile and analyze your answers to provide a more detailed picture of your sleep patterns.

Depending on your sleep assessment, you can expect your Sleep Book to span 35-40 pages. What's more, we're making monthly improvements and additions to the book in order to keep up to date with the latest in sleep science and technology.
